Terms and Conditions for The Live-streaming Flash Offer Event
The Live-streaming Flash Offer Event (“Event”) consists of a live-streaming session hosted by Ricky Kazaf (“Live-stream Session”) followed by a limited-time product sale on Ricky Kazaf’s e-commerce platform (https://rickykazafstore.com/) (“Product Sale”)
1. The views and opinions expressed by Ricky Kazaf at the Live-stream Session are solely his personal opinion and do not reflect the view of Hongkong Land.
2. Participants at the Live-stream Session may have a chance to receive a gift certificate (“Beauty Botanica Gift Certificate”) which can be used at Beauty Botanica at LANDMARK, subject to terms and conditions (“Giveaway”). The Beauty Botanica Gift Certificate is available on the LANDMARK App only. Participants who are not registered as a member on the LANDMARK App will not be able to participate in the Giveaway.
3. The Product Sale will be available from the 21:00 on 17 May 2022 and ends on 23:59 on 18 May 2022.
4. The quantity of items available at the Product Sale are limited. If an item goes out of stock during the Product Sale, then neither Hongkong Land, Ricky Kazaf nor the participating brands at LANDMARK shall be liable to customers for being unable to provide that item.
5. Customers who made a purchase at the Product Sale must collect the products in-person at the LANDMARK location of the participating brands between 21 May 2022 and 30 June 2022 (“Collection Period”). Collection of products are not available at any other locations of the brands.

6. Customers must present the confirmation email of his / her purchase to collect items purchased at the Product Sale.
7. Purchases at the Product Sale are eligible for LANDMARK BESPOKE points registration. To redeem BESPOKE points, the customer must be a LANDMARK BESPOKE member. Registration of BESPOKE points for purchase at the Product Sale is subject to the LANDMARK BESPOKE Customer Programme Terms & Conditions available at this link: https://www.landmark.hk/en/pages/bespoke-tnc. Customers must use the confirmation email for BESPOKE points registration and the name on the credit card which was used to complete the purchase must match with the customer’s full name as registered under his / her LANDMARK BESPOKE membership.
8. All purchases made during the Product Sale are final and non-refundable. No amendments or changes can be made to the order once it is successfully placed.
9. If a customer does not collect the items he / she purchased at the Product Sale within the Collection Period, the order will be forfeited and no refund or any other compensation will be made to the customer.
10. Hongkong Land makes no warranties, whether express or implied, in relation to accuracy and completeness of the product information and price displayed at the Product Sale.
11. Hongkong Land shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the products or services at the Event. Ricky Kazaf is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to the Live-stream Session and any sales activities conducted on his e-commerce platform during the Product Sale. The respective participating brands at LANDMARK are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to merchantability and fitness of the items sold at the Product Sale and all ancillary services offered to customers.
12. Hongkong Land reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or withdraw or discontinue the Event, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.
13. Hongkong Land has the sole right to interpret and apply these terms and conditions. All questions or disputes shall be resolved by Hongkong Land in their absolute discretion. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Hongkong Land shall be final. The decision of Hongkong Land on all matters relating to, or in connection with, this offer shall be final and binding.
Personal Information Collection Statement for Live-streaming Flash Offer Event
Hongkong Land will collect your name, phone number, email, billing address and credit card details when you place an order at the Product Sale. The personal data collected from you will be used by Hongkong Land for the purposes of handling your order, for identification and verification when you collect your order, and other purposes directly related to your purchase at the Product Sale. Hongkong Land may share your information with Ricky Kazaf and the respective brands at LANDMARK participating at the Product Sale for the purposes stated above. Please note that it is mandatory for you to provide the personal data listed above. In the event that you do not provide such personal data, we may not be able to process your order at the Product Sale.
